Born and raised in Spain to a father from New York, Ray grew up between two worlds — and that duality is exactly what inspired the Atlantic Cypher's mission: to unite artists across borders and oceans, connecting scenes that rarely get to share a stage.
Rapper, director, producer
Ray isn't running the cypher from the sidelines. As a rapper, director and producer himself, he knows what it takes to make the music — and how often real talent goes unheard. He started the Atlantic Cypher to give a platform to the artists who deserve to be heard but haven't had the spotlight yet.
He also opens Volume 1, stepping to the mic first in Rota with rap, dancehall and trap in English and Spanish.
