4How it started
One room.One mic.
Volume 1 launched the movement live at Tattoo Bunker, where artists stepped up back-to-back to trade bars in a single, unfiltered session — no gimmicks, just real voices sharing one room and one mic.
It was the proof of concept: when you put diverse artists together and let them do what they do best, something bigger than any one of them takes shape. That first session lit the spark for everything that followed — including Volume 2, now underway.

Founder & CEO
Ray Santos
Ray Santos is the founder and CEO of the Atlantic Cypher. Born and raised in Spain to a father from New York, Ray grew up between two worlds — and that duality is exactly what inspired the Atlantic Cypher's mission: to unite artists across borders and oceans, connecting scenes that rarely get to share a stage.
As a rapper, director and producer himself, Ray started the Atlantic Cypher to give a platform to the artists who deserve to be heard but haven't had the spotlight yet.
